Our Staff

The properties we manage are under the supervision of company President Craig Bounds who has been involved in real estate and property management for 33 years. George Sliman, a CPA and Wharton Business School Graduate is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  They are backed by a staff of experienced Regional Managers, plus a well-qualified administrative and accounting team.

Your property will be managed under the guidance of someone who is acutely aware of the many and diverse factors which impact your multifamily investments. We are dedicated to preserving and enhancing the value of your real estate assets and possess the necessary specialized training to accomplish these goals.  Our property management staff is supported by a fully computerized Accounting Department using sophisticated software developed especially for property management.
